About the event
The Momma I Don’t Want to Go to College, Inc. Skills & Trades Expo was created to remove barriers, reduce stress, and expand access to career pathways beyond the traditional four-year college route.
Now in its 6th year, the 2026 Expo marks the FINAL annual public event and the transition into The Blueprint—a proven, replicable model designed to help communities connect youth, families, and adults to real, debt-free career opportunities.
Since the inaugural event on February 29, 2020, this initiative has served thousands of students, families, and career-seekers by highlighting:
Skilled trades and technical careers
Community college and associate degree pathways
Apprenticeships, paid training, and on-the-job learning
